Agreement
1. In consideration of credit extended by Future Forwarding Company. I/we agree to the Terms and Conditions of Service (NCBFAA 06/16). All invoices are to be paid 21 days from the date of the invoice. Failure to pay within these terms may result in the entire account balance becoming due and payable. If any balance is referred to an attorney for any reason, I/we agree to pay reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and late fees. I/we agree to pay late charges of 1.5% per month(15% annual percentage rate) or if less, the maximum allowable by law, computed 30 days from invoice date on any invoice or unpaid part thereof which falls past due. I/we agree to assume responsibility for any authorized accessorial charges.
2 .Applicant expressly acknowledges receiving a written copy of our Terms and Conditions of Service (NCBFAA 06/16).
3. By submitting this application, you authorize Future Forwarding to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references that you have supplied.
