Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled CargoWise Lead Developer with deep expertise in Workflow, PAVE automation, Registry configuration, User Access Administration, and reporting. This role plays a leadership position in designing, governing, and evolving the CargoWise platform to support scalable, efficient, and compliant logistics operations.

Skills and Qualifications
Required
- CCP – CargoWise Certified Professional accreditation (mandatory).
- 3+ years hands-on experience with CargoWise One in a senior support, developer, or system administration role.
- Advanced experience with CargoWise Workflow, PAVE automation, and reporting tools.
- Proven experience designing and governing Registry configuration and user access models.
- Strong experience building and customising CargoWise reports.
- In-depth understanding of freight forwarding operations (Air, Sea, Road, Courier).
- Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Additional CargoWise certifications (Workflow, System Admin, PAVE, Reporting).
- Experience leading CargoWise implementations or major optimisation programmes.
- Exposure to courier API integrations and complex system backfills.
- Knowledge of data governance, scripting, or integration design.
- Experience operating in a multi-brand or multi-country CargoWise environment.

CREDIT CONTROLLER

Role Description
Based at our Head office in Leeds we are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our busy Finance team. The ideal candidate would be a strong character with experience of managing in-excess of £35m turnover annually. This would be a varied and rewarding role and a great opportunity to work with a proficient and dynamic team
Key Responsibilities
- Chasing customers for overdue accounts.
- Chasing customers for duty and vat invoices – liaising with operations to ensure the duty and vat payments are received on time.
- Monitor and maintain credit limits.
- Ensure new customers provide the correct set up documentation.
- Assess sales invoices/credit notes comparable to job, department, and company.
- Send monthly statements to customers.
- Evaluate performance and make suggestions to improve cashflows.
- Audit accounts receivable operations to make sure invoices and receipts are properly coded.
- Monthly debtor report review with the Finance Manager.
Skills and Qualifications
Required
- Previous experience in a Credit Controller role (5+ years).
- AAT or equivalent qualification (desirable).
- Understanding of Duty / VAT (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong character with an attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Cargo Wise Operating System or worked in a freight forwarding/logistics company would be a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
